• Payments are processed automatically, and cancellations must be made 7 days before renewal.
2. Deliveries
• We deliver within designated areas. Any changes to delivery locations must be updated in your account.
• Delivery schedules may vary due to weather, supply, or holidays.
3. Product Availability & Quality
• Our produce and products are subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute items of equal value if necessary.
• If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 4 hours for a refund or replacement.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime but must be done before the next billing cycle.
• Store credits are issued at our discretion for missed or incorrect deliveries.
5. Liability
• We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or food allergies.
